After 16 years of cookies sales (12 as a scout, 4 as a leader) I just can't look at them anymore.
I know, I'm a terrible Girl Scout, but I need a break until I get another troop.

I would love some cookies, but no one came a-knocking on my door!
Hmmm... GS cookies! I'll check for some GS when I go to the store, but I live in Hollywood. I don't think there are many troops around here (except maybe Troop Beverly Hills ) because I haven't seen anyone selling cookies for three or four years.
I ordered four so far...I know hubby will get some from his work as well
They will last a day in our house.

Hee Hee, our Troop is in that middle time where we just finished with pre-orders, and we haven't started our booth sales yet. We lucked out on all our booth locations this year, so we're hoping for some good sales.
<font size="2"><font color="red">A Special Note to Those NOT Buying Cookies:</font></font>
If you are not buying cookies this year for health reasons, etc. Please consider giving a donation to the girls who brave the cold standing outside that supermarket working their shift at the booth. Each Council is different, but in ours my girls only earn up to 50 cents per box sold. Even a donation of the cost of one box -$3.50- to the troop, is the same to them as a purchase of SEVEN boxes. My troop depends on cookie money to not only fund our goal (one year it was ice skating, last year it was an indoor swim park) but also to help with craft supplies, patches, photocopies, campouts, snacks, and other activities. We always appreciate any and all support!
